At Lamidey Noury, we are dedicated to advancing surgical innovation and sharing expertise with urologists worldwide. Recently, a new prostate enucleation workshop was conducted once again at the CHU de Lille, showcasing our advanced PlasmaLEP technology under the guidance of Dr. Martin Lorette.
A Collaborative Initiative
The event was organized by our Regional Manager, Rémi Weksteen, alongside Area Sales Manager, Charbel M., with the goal of promoting the PlasmaLEP system in both Lebanon and the Netherlands.
We extend our gratitude to:

Hands-On Surgical Cases
During the session, Dr. Lorette performed two enucleations — one on a 95g prostate and another on a 55g prostate, using the PlasmaLEP electrode in combination with a morcellator.
The procedures highlighted the efficiency, precision, and clinical advantages of the PlasmaLEP system, reaffirming its role as a trusted solution for bipolar enucleation of the prostate.
Key Takeaways
Attendees emphasized several major benefits of PlasmaLEP:
-
Shorter learning curve compared to other enucleation systems.
-
Enhanced visibility, making it easier to identify and follow prostatic planes.
-
Facilitated enucleation procedure, resulting in improved surgical confidence and patient outcomes.
These features make PlasmaLEP a powerful tool for surgeons aiming to adopt or optimize bipolar enucleation techniques.
